Making the Cloud work for you!

Sitting at home today, listening to the news and hearing about how everyone was struggling to get into the office because of the snow – and when they did get there all being sent home at lunch time as the public transport was broken made me realise how lucky I am to have the Fido Cloud PBX for me and my staff!

The Fido Cloud PBX allows you to forward your calls to anywhere be it a VoIP extension, a mobile or a landline with our simple to use “Follow Me” service which is included as standard.

Publish a main number for your business (0800, 01/02 etc) and with our “Digital Receptionist” you can configure your own personal greeting messages, direct dial extensions for all of your staff whether they’re on the road or working from home, as well as group short dials for Sales, Support or whatever. No longer do your sales staff have to give out their personal mobile numbers – keep work and private calls separate! Yealink T22

With options starting from just £25 setup per extension and then £15 per month including a state of the art VoIP handset (or just £5* per month per extension if you have your own hardware) this is really simple!

Use the simple web interface to pickup your voicemails, change User Portalwhere your calls end up or even download recordings of your calls if you need them.
